I have helped with coordinators that did not show up...worked out a timeline with the dj...I have helped brides and bridemades do make up and hair cause they did not plan ahead..I will tell you you forgot to take the rubberband off your wrist and your necklace is facing the wrong way before i chase you around with a camera.
